Singh farms. Wowza. Was I just transported to a different land, because it sure doesn’t feel like I’m at the 101 and Thomas. Lush garden, beautiful produce, cracking fires, rainy weather, delicious coffee and a live accordion player! My friend Madison toured this magical spot a few weeks prior and sees the owner, minutes later he’s filling our ears with his wisdom. Truly touching and wise, when he walks away both Madison and I have tears rolling down our cheeks. Is this place for real? After drinking up the environment for a good hour, we left with a bags of organic produce, fresh orange juice, Tammie Coe pastries, and hot pumpkin soup. My dad will love this place when he visits in April. I could easily make this stop a Saturday ritual…has to be Saturday – it’s the only day it’s open. 9-1pm. Get there early, when the goodness is gone, it’s gone!
